Charming room of about 30 square meters, located inside the small chapel of 1856 dedicated to San Giuseppe, in the space that historically was used for the production and aging of Vinsanto in oak caratelli. The furniture and every detail recall the original destination of the premises; the caratelli was found in Vinsantaia before starting the construction recovery that has been realized trying to safeguard, as far as possible, the original architectural aspects.
